Jobs

The Jobs page shows running and completed background jobs for your organization. Background jobs are async tasks started by the system (for example, imports, syncs, or automations).

Owner only

Only Organization Owners can see the Jobs page. It appears in the sidebar for users with the Owner role.

What you see​

  • A list of jobs with status (e.g. running, completed, failed), timestamps, and optional file outputs or logs.
  • Pagination to move through the list.
  • Jobs are ordered by most recently updated first.

When to use it​

Use the Jobs page to:

  • Check whether a long-running task (such as an import or integration sync) has finished.
  • See if a job failed and inspect any error or log details.
  • Download or open files produced by a job when the UI provides that option.

If you don't see the Jobs page, you're not an Organization Owner. Contact your org owner if you need access or status on a background job.
