Reports
The Reports feature lets you create, run, and view reports on workflow cards, parts, inventory, and related data. Reports can be filtered, parameterized, and favorited for quick access.
Reports list
- Navigate to Reports in the Boltline navigation to open the reports list.
- The list is grouped into Favorites, My Reports (reports you own), and Other Reports.
- Use the star icon on a report to add or remove it from Favorites.
- Click New Report to create a report; choose the report type and configure it in the report editor.
Opening and running a report
- Click a report in the list to open it.
- On the report detail page you can:
- Set parameters (e.g. date range, workflow, status) that define what data the report uses.
- Configure columns and order (depending on report type).
- Run the report to refresh the data.
- Save changes to the report definition.
- Some reports support exporting or viewing the data in a grid or table.
Report types
Report types and available parameters depend on your organization and the data in Boltline (e.g. workflow-based reports, inventory, or parts). Use the report editor and parameter panels to see the options for each type.
tip
If you don’t see Reports in the navigation, your role or organization settings may restrict access. Contact your administrator if you need report access.
