The Kanban Board template is a simple workflow to get teams started quickly. It provides a basic three-column board and optional labels for prioritization.
What you get
- Statuses: Todo → Doing → Done
- Labels: Delayed (purple), Urgent (red)
- Custom field: Description (Markdown), shown on card preview
When to use it
Use this template when you need a lightweight board for task or work tracking without extra structure. You can add more statuses, custom fields, or automations later in Workflow Settings.
